Mark McCabe is a Senior stormwater program manager with JEO consulting group, in Columbus, Ohio. Mark’s experience includes working in the field of Stormwater management that includes the following: regulatory compliance with NDPES requirements, stormwater master planning, green infrastructure, Flood studies, stream restoration, construction stormwater inspection, Spill prevention control and counter measure plan development, stormwater adult learning based training content development and self-paced on line training course development. Mark is the Co-chair of the Transportation sub-committee, a member of FHWAs- Transportation Research Board (TRB) = AKD 50 – Hydraulics/Hydrology – Stormwater sub-committee, ACECs – Environmental Committee, board member of Central Ohio’s – Sustaining Scioto and a Greenroads environmental committee member.
