Kelly Kuhbander is a project manager at Strand Associates, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Kentucky and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Kelly has spent the majority of her career working in the field of stormwater management. Her experience includes watershed planning, asset management, hydromodification studies, stream restoration, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, flood reduction studies, detention basin retrofits, FEMA and 319 grant program assistance, MS4 permit compliance services and sustainable infrastructure planning and design. Kelly has previously volunteered for the Mill Creek Watershed Council of Communities stream water quality sampling initiative, served as an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, and has served the Ohio Stormwater Association in various roles.
