Ohio Stormwater Association Regulatory Committee
Thursday, April 12 at 1 pm.
Our agenda will focus on a discussion of Ohio EPA’s 2018 water-related legislative initiatives:
- statewide phosphorus limit for wastewater treatment plants
- watersheds in distress designation
- Ohio EPA regulatory environmental ombudsman
- agency authority to immediately suspend a certified operator certification
- Director’s authority to require cleanup of water pollution violations
We are also planning a Regulatory Webinar in conjunction with Ohio EPA that will be held on April 26. Please keep an eye out for more information!
