2010 Conference Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2010 Ohio Stormwater Conference at Kalahari, Sandusky.  The 2010 Ohio Stormwater Conference is now offering booth space for exhibitors.

By exhibiting at the 2010 Conference you are provided with a unique opportunity to interact with the key stormwater contacts from throughout the state and to understand the issues and needs of the stormwater programs.  The conference attendees look forward to interacting with the exhibitors each year since they have a diverse set of needs. The past conferences have provided a variety of exhibits including consulting and professional services, public education and outreach, pollution prevention and treatment best management practices.  The conference provides the exhibitors with the opportunity to highlight the types of goods and services sought by the attendees and to identify new and innovative ideas.

We are anticipating that the 2010 event will once again draw the most influential members of the stormwater community. The 2009 Ohio Stormwater Conference drew over 430 participants.  Given the response at the previous conferences, early registration is strongly encouraged.

The 2010 Conference promises that attendees will have ample opportunity to visit all exhibitors throughout the course of the conference. The following is anticipating ensuring that there is traffic flow to the Exhibit Hall:

• The exhibit hall is located immediately adjacent to the main conference space so that it is highly visible and the conference attendees have easy access to it
• The Exhibit Hall is adjacent to the opening and keynote sessions
• The Exhibit Hall is adjacent to the luncheon hall
• All snacks and breakfast pastries will be served around the Exhibit Hall
• Increased opportunities for a more relaxed interaction with potential clients
• The Evening Reception on Thursday, June 10th will be in the Exhibit Hall and will include food and beverages as well as music to assist in making for a more casual and cordial environment.

Exhibit spaces may be purchased by following the links below. All exhibit spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Specific Sponsor Levels have the ability to pick booth space. If interested in becoming a Sponsor, please click on the Sponsor Link in the Menu. In addition, multiple booths may be purchased and combined.

Print out, complete, and sign the Exhibit Space Contract. Checks must be made out to the Tinkers Creek Watershed Partners. Send us the completed contract by mail or email.

The 2010 Exhibitors receive the following:

• 8’ by 10’ booth space

• 8-foot background drape and 3-foot side drapes

• One (1) 6-foot draped table, two (2) side chairs, and wastepaper basket

• Electricity (110v - if desired)

• Listing in the 2010 Conference Program, the Conference Exhibitor Brochure, and on the Conference website

• One (1) full registration to the conference, including all meals and evening reception

• A post-event list of all conference attendees
